Refund Policy
We are entirely committed to offering a high-quality service at the lowest available cost. Please let us know if, for any reason, you believe our service has not met your expectations or has fallen short of your standards of excellence, in condition it compacts with our terms and conditions mentioned down below .
If you have been using our services for an extended period of time, you will not qualify for a complete refund (as we take accountable to pay for the activation of your mac address so that we can provide you a unique one (it can not be sold nor given but you)). However, if you encounter a technical difficulty on our end that stays unresolved for 3 days and prevents you from using the remaining subscription period you purchased from us, you will be eligible for a partial refund covering the unused subscription period.
Refunds will not be granted in cases where the issue is not on our technical side, For example the problem comes from the device you are using, or if you have a poor internet connection in your region or country, or if incorrect information is provided, such as an inaccurate MAC address. A MAC address cannot be used with another device once it has been activated for a specific device. Since the subscription is limited to a specific MAC address you can’t switch it with other devices. This policy applies to any other circumstances that do not relate to our technical capabilities.
In any case where you violate our terms and conditions and got your account suspended, a refund will not be granted under any circumstances.
